Shift Work Calendar helps you keep track of your shift schedule, leave, and balances in a clear and organized way.
View your shifts by day or month, choose your team, and set roster changes or team swaps. With clear calendar views, color coding for each shift, and support for multiple roster variants (5-shift, GP1, GP2), you can quickly get an overview of your schedule and leave balance.
The app also helps you plan your workday. Set notifications for your shifts, choose a time and sound for each notification type, and automatically reschedule future notifications when your roster changes.
In addition, you can sync shifts with Calendar, update synced calendar items, and export your calendar as a PDF.
For leave and balances, the app provides extra insight. Register leave days, manage bookings and corrections, and keep track of your balance, ADV, and overtime. Export your leave overview(s) as a PDF.
Your data is stored locally on your own device. No account is required.
