CurbAlarm is your AI parking copilot. It watches where you park, scans signs, explains rules, alerts before restrictions, and maps curb rules so you can avoid parking tickets.
DETECTS WHEN YOU PARK
CurbAlarm can notice when you park and keep track of the spot, even when the app is closed. Open the app to confirm what rules apply nearby.
SCAN ANY PARKING SIGN
Point your camera at any sign. AI reads and explains the rule in plain English, with on-device OCR fallback when you are offline.
EXPLAIN THE CURB
Street cleaning, alternate-side parking, tow-away windows, meter limits, permit rules, curb colors, and stacked signs become clear next steps.
ALERT BEFORE RESTRICTIONS
Set smart reminders before it is time to move. CurbAlarm supports recurring alarms, Live Activity, AlarmKit, calendar backup, and configurable pre-alerts.
MAP 986,000+ CURB RULES
Browse real parking rules across 147 cities and 22 countries, including San Francisco, New York, London, Toronto, Amsterdam, Sydney, and Hong Kong.
THE MATH IS SIMPLE
The average city parking ticket costs $50-$80. One avoided ticket can pay for a year of CurbAlarm.

Oolises
Most parking apps make you do all the work. I love that this one just knows when I’ve stopped the car. The "exit car" auto-detect is a game changer. I don’t even have to open the app anymore; it just watches the curb for me and sends an alarm if I’m in a restricted zone. If you live in a city, you need this.
Scanning is more careful with hard-to-read signs.
When the AI can't confidently read a day or a time, CurbAlarm now asks you to double-check it instead of guessing — so you're far less likely to end up with an alarm set for the wrong time.
Also in this update: more reliable map loading, and a large batch of new automated checks that catch problems before they reach you.
