Share to Instagram is the big button on your activity now. The share sheet opens with a bigger card, and every card style sits right under it. New Grid card. Up to nine of the records you ran to, made for Stories. Your activity says what it was mostly, like mostly indie, when that's true. Plus: genre mixes put each artist in one genre, the Photo card fits a sideways photo, Instagram Stories gets just the card with no paste prompt, and a few fixes. For feedback or bugs, please reach out to me at hello@trackrecord.club

- Run to someone's run. Play someone's run in the app, then go run. It counts like a save, and they hear that you ran to it. - Apple Music controls. When Apple Music is playing, the player bar pauses and skips it, and tracking tells you when your first song is in. - Links wait for you. Tap a Trackrecord link before you've signed up and that run opens as soon as you're in. - Plus: sharing to Messages sends one bubble, share cards say Ft climbed for elevation, and a few fixes. Thanks to all the beta testers who got us to where we are! Please submit feedback, ideas, and bugs to hello@trackrecord.club

- Share your soundtrack. Post any run to Instagram Stories with its covers and first songs, or send a link. Trackrecord copies the link for you, so adding a link sticker is a paste. - Find a playlist. Search every song, artist and mix people play here, right from the top of Discover. - Save your own runs to Profile, see what each mix is good for, and tap a notification to land right where it happened. - Plus: smoother loading across Records and Discover, mixes that don't play the same artist twice in a row, your fastest songs from your usual pace, and a bunch of fixes.

- Quick mixes on Discover. Pick a genre and play what everyone runs to, or put on a laid-back mix for the drive home. - Hear something good? The player shows which run a song came from. Tap Save to keep it in your profile, or add it to your Discover playlist in Apple Music. - Add to Apple Music works the same way everywhere now: on any run, any mix and your fastest songs. - Plus: heart anyone's activities from their profile, your own activities always show their songs, notifications show the whole line, and cleaner spacing throughout.

Your monthly recap now sits at the top of Yours. Watch it, then share it to Instagram. Discover and Following are cleaner and easier to scan, with your week's totals up top. Your latest activity shows under your mix on Yours, with a link to all of them. If you use Spotify, Today's Mix plays in Spotify now, and skipping a song moves your mix along. Kilometers show up across the app if that's your setting. Plus fixes: song counts match on every screen, a slow connection says so instead of looking empty, and the tracking screen shows your song again after a pause.

A new look Trackrecord has a new icon and logo, and the whole app uses a cleaner font now. It's easier to read. Play any activity (new) Tap the play button on any activity in Following or on a profile to hear the whole thing, start to finish. Today's picks keep going Play today's picks and the music rolls right into Today's Mix. Also fixed: activities from one album show one cover, and arrows only show up where tapping opens a new screen.

- Most played here: the songs people on Trackrecord played most in the last 30 days, one per album. It leads Discover and is ready to play before you start tracking. - A better start for new accounts, including people to follow who actually use the app. - Gear, rebuilt: each shoe shows the miles it has left and what you played in it, and a shoe past its target gets a send-off card. - Share to Instagram and your Strava post now sit at the top of your own activity. Tap the title to rename it. - With Apple Intelligence on, each activity gets one sentence about its music and title ideas for Strava, all on your iPhone. - Fixes: your monthly playlist gets the songs from every activity, and play, pause and next are back on the player bar. NEW IN 1.18 Press and hold any activity to play its soundtrack, share it or open it. • Tap a song to play from it; tap anything else to open it. • Shared mixes are now named for who they're with: You + Jake Mix. Find them on Discover. • Clearer music buttons: Play plays here in Trackrecord, Open in takes you to Apple Music or Spotify, and Save to makes a playlist in your library. • A song's ⋯ menu now has Share and Go to album. • Your soundtrack sits higher on each activity's page. • Thank you to everyone who tested Trackrecord before launch. You're all in Settings › Credits & thanks. Fixes • Done is always at the bottom of your results, even before you post to Strava. • Discover arrives as one page instead of shuffling while it loads. • Deleting your account removes your sign-in too. • The Update banner opens the App Store. • Tidier headers, buttons and wording across Discover, Records and Profile. ICYMI (IN CASE YOU MISSED IT) IN 1.17 (the 1.17 notes from "YOUR ACTIVITIES, ON RECORD" to the end, as they are)

Every activity has a soundtrack. Now it's a record you can play, share, and pass along. Our first update on the App Store, and it's a big one: 12 builds of work since 1.16. YOUR ACTIVITIES, ON RECORD • Every activity keeps what you played alongside how far you went. • Each month opens as its own record: covers, your most-played songs, and every activity in it. Tap Play to hear it again. • Starting October 1, the first week of each month brings a recap of the last: your top artist, the songs you kept going back to, and a card to share. • Every artist gets one genre, shown the same everywhere, and your records sort onto genre shelves. MIXES FOR YOUR NEXT ACTIVITY • Answer one question, what you're in the mood for, and get three mixes sized to how far you usually go. • Preview any mix with three 30-second samples before you commit. • Mixes from people who play what you play, with how many artists you share. DISCOVER WHAT EVERYONE MOVES TO • When everyone starts: see the hours people start their activities, and hear what that crowd plays. • Records: a wall of album covers from across the community. Every song opens its album, ready to play here or in Apple Music or Spotify. • The artists this community picks up the pace for, and by how much. FOLLOWING • Notifications when someone hearts, saves or plays your soundtrack, or follows you. • See who shares your music, and who to follow next. NEW SHARE CARDS • Played an album start to finish? The card puts the sleeve and the full tracklist up front. • A card for the artists an activity introduced you to. FIXES Tracking keeps going while music plays inside Trackrecord. Long playlists play to the end. Songs you start in the app are recorded. Strava posts use kilometres if that's your setting. Smoother scrolling throughout.
