Heading out of town? Invite a sitter by email for exact dates. They get a pre-populated briefing with everything you would normally type into a giant text message: each pet's routine, feeding details, medication instructions, your emergency vet contact, and your notes. Access is limited to the pets you share, starts and ends automatically, and you can revoke it anytime.
FOR SITTERS
If you're the one doing the visits: open Collie and it's all there. Check in when you arrive, work through the day's checklist, leave notes, and check out. The family gets a visit report the moment you finish, so you never have to compose the "all good, fed at 7!" text again. Every home you sit lives in one app, and Collie is free for sitters with no limit on visits or homes. Sitting for someone who isn't on Collie yet? Invite them from the app and help them set up their home and pets.
VISIT REPORTS
When a sitter checks out, the household gets a push and a clean visit summary: what was done, when, and any notes. Every visit is saved on the pet's profile, so the record of care is always there.
MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT WON'T QUIT
Pet medication is serious. Miss one dose of phenobarbital and you are at the vet. Collie sends you a follow-up reminder every 10 minutes for a full hour until the dose is logged. Medication reminders are always standalone, never grouped with meals or walks. Every dose, confirmed.
SCHEDULES THAT FIT REAL PET LIFE
Twice-daily insulin at 7am and 7pm. Flea meds every 28 days. A bath every other Sunday. Set the schedule once and Collie reminds everyone at the right time. Up to six reminder times per task. Every schedule type is included, free.
AUTO START-STOP
Every task supports an optional start date and stop date. Start a course of antibiotics next Monday and have it end automatically 10 days later. Plan ahead without cluttering today's list.
