Browse local providers, choose your service and date, and book through a structured system where service details, pricing and booking status are clearly confirmed. Provider profiles include ratings and reviews to help you choose with confidence. Payments are processed securely through the platform and held until the service is completed.
For service providers
Create your profile, set your daily rates, receive booking requests in your area, and keep track of upcoming and completed work in one place. Secure in-app payments and visible reviews help you build a trusted reputation over time.

Why Find My Helper
Find My Helper was built to bring more structure, reliability and accountability to household services by connecting customers, workers and businesses through one secure platform.
Ratings & Reviews

Booking fees have been reduced and the pricing structure has been updated to improve value on lower-priced bookings. Bookings up to R399 now carry a flat R39 booking fee, bookings from R400 to R999 are charged at 10%, and bookings from R1000+ are charged at 14%.
Booking request response time has also been extended from 60 minutes to 12 hours, and refund handling has been improved.
