R2Explorer 1.3.2 adds support for local wrangler dev projects. Point the app at a Wrangler project folder and browse, upload, rename, and delete its R2 objects directly on disk — no deploy, no network, no credentials. R2Explorer reads and writes Miniflare's on-disk format, so your changes show up the next time you run wrangler dev. Just stop the dev server before writing, so the app and Miniflare don't use the local database at the same time.

R2Explorer 1.3.1 is a stability and reliability release. Large file downloads now stream straight to disk instead of buffering in memory, the custom Downloads folder persists across launches, Keychain write failures during connection setup are surfaced as proper errors, and cancelling a sync's planning phase reliably returns the bucket to idle. Plus better diagnostic logging across the R2 management API and the file preview pane.

R2Explorer 1.2.2 adds smart rename for files and folders. Right-click any object to rename it, folders are renamed safely via parallel copy-then-delete with live progress, a typed confirmation for large jobs, and one-click rollback of any partial copies if something goes wrong.

R2Explorer 1.2 adds a Bucket Benchmark tool that measures upload, download, TTFB, and list performance across multiple file sizes and reports latency percentiles and throughput in a single dashboard.

R2Explorer 1.1 introduces Bucket Mirror & Sync for copying files between connections with live byte-level progress and reliable cancel, much faster parallel deletions with configurable concurrency (1–16), a new progress modal for folder and multi-select deletes, and a ⌘R shortcut to refresh the file view. This release also improves download and sync progress accuracy and includes several stability and security fixes.
