Your day at a glance
Open the app and see what you collected today, what is still to hand over to the office, what you have earned this month, and whether you are checked in. No phone call to the office required.
Jobs with everything attached
Every assigned job carries the customer, the address, the phone number and the job history. Navigate there or call in one tap. Work through the checklist, log the parts you used, add services, and capture photos as you go. Everything syncs to your service centre in real time.
Attendance you can prove
Check in when your day starts and check out when it ends. Your service centre sees the day as it happens, and your own record of hours worked is always there to look back on.
Expenses from where you spent them
Submit travel, food and fuel claims on the spot, attach the receipt, and follow each claim through approval to paid.
Earnings you can check yourself
Incentives, reimbursements and deductions are itemised, so the amount on payday is never a surprise.
BUILT FOR INDIAN SERVICE CENTRES
KaryaFlow is made for HVAC, AC, refrigerator, washing machine and home appliance service companies working across India, including in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It is built to stay usable on a patchy mobile network.

PRIVACY
- Location is used to verify your check-in and check-out, and for live route tracking only when your service centre has switched it on and only while you are checked in
- The camera is used only for attendance photos and job photos
- All data is encrypted in transit
- Your data is visible only to your own service centre
You need an account created by your employer to use KaryaFlow. It is not a consumer app and cannot be used without a service centre account.
