It doesn't just beep on a timer. It notices the moment you open YouTube or Instagram — and locks them if you keep scrolling.
YouTube Shorts, Reels, endless surfing... Suddenly 30 minutes are gone?
Dopamine Killer is a focus-alert app that wins your time back from Shorts and social apps.
It doesn't just beep on a timer — it detects the moment you open a distracting app,
and if you keep going, it locks the app for you.
■ Key Features
• Distraction detection — the moment you open YouTube, Instagram or any app you picked
• App locking — go over your limit and the app is shielded (hold: instant to 60 min)
• Force-quitting won't save you — kill the app and it locks right back
• Trigger-only mode — silent all day, alerts only while you're on a distracting app
• Grace time — up to 1-15 minutes of use before it says anything
• Reminders every 1-30 minutes, on your own rhythm
• Dynamic Island · live widget — elapsed time and interval at a glance
• Comeback stats — honestly shows how many reminders you ignored and minutes you burned
• Shortcuts automation — starts itself when a chosen app opens
• Fully offline · No login · No data collection
■ Made for you if
- One Short turns into 30 lost minutes
- You open social apps mid-study without realizing
- You need a system, not more willpower
Available in English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Annoying, but not too much. That's Dopamine Killer.
