Break phone addiction and build a daily prayer habit. Prayer Pause creates a moment to pray before you open distracting apps.
Prayer Pause turns your screen time into prayer time.
Every time you try to open a distracting app, Prayer Pause shows you a moment of prayer instead. Complete your prayer, and your apps unlock — for as long as you choose. One mindful pause at a time, you build a lasting daily habit of prayer, focus, and gratitude.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the apps that distract you most (social media, games, streaming, etc.)
- Whenever you open a locked app, a full-screen prayer appears
- Pray through one or more prayers from our library
- Tap "I've Prayed Today" to unlock your apps for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours, or the rest of the day
- Your prayer streak grows every day you complete at least one prayer
