Ringer's Home Pal

Your House Hunting Journal

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Stop the "Open House Blur" with Ringer’s Home Pal! Are all the homes you’ve toured starting to look the same? When you’re house hunting, the professional listing photos only tell half the story. Ringer’s Home Pal is your personal assistant for the real-world search, helping you capture the specific details that actually matter to you. Whether it’s the weird smell in the basement, the exact way the sun hits the breakfast nook, or the high-end finishes the realtor forgot to mention—Ringer's Home Pal helps you remember it all. Why use Ringer’s Home Pal? Capture Your Own Photos: Realtor photos are designed to sell. Your photos are designed to remember. Snap shots of the small details, the street noise, or the actual condition of the appliances. Personalized Notes: Record your immediate "gut feeling" as you walk through the door. Custom Rating System: Rate homes based on your specific priorities (Yard, Natural Light, Closet Space, Proximity to Coffee). Easy Comparison: View your top choices side-by-side to see which one truly checked the most boxes. Never Mix Up a Listing Again: Attach your personal tour data directly to the property address so your memories stay organized. Don't settle for a home you "think" you liked. Be confident with Ringer’s Home Pal—because the best details are the ones you notice yourself.
