This app is honestly really good for people that want to stay consistent with their desires and self concept instead of just temporarily feeling motivated What I like most is that it actually helps you recognize where your current mindset, habits, emotions, and old story are still affecting the version of yourself you’re trying to become. A lot of people want change while still unconsciously identifying with the same old frequency, and this app kind of helps bring awareness to that.The whole point isn’t to make you feel bad about yourself, it’s to help you understand the gap between your current state and your desired state so you can align more consistently with the person you actually want to embody.I also love that it focuses on identity and emotional patterns instead of just surface-level affirmations. It constantly reminds you that the first step to becoming your desired self is slowly letting go of the old self, the old assumptions, and the old emotional cycles that keep repeating.It’s honestly really useful if you struggle with inconsistency, emotional attachment to the 3D, escapism, validation issues, or constantly feeling disconnected from your desires. It feels more like a self-awareness and alignment tool than just a manifestation app.And I feel like that’s why some people may misunderstand it 😭 because sometimes self reflection can feel uncomfortable when you’re still attached to the old story. But personally I think it’s really insightful and motivating if you genuinely want to evolve into the version of yourself you envision

I usually don’t leave reviews unless it’s a complaint. But I didn’t expect this app to be so useful. This app of exactly what I was manifesting. I even wanted to build my own manifestation app similar to this before finding out about FRQNCY, I just didn’t know where or how to start. Within a week of finally downloading the app, I had one of the biggest breakthroughs that I’ve had since I started my manifestation journey about two years ago from a question my future self asked in the chat. This is why I’ll always trust Nero when it comes to the content he puts out. This app has been so, so helpful and I genuinely feel like I’m making great progress.

I had a feeling as I was setting up this app that no matter what I wrote in the beginning it was going to turn it negative so I feel anxious to pay for the service. Actually mad disappointed that I was right. I wrote a few things about myself that in my eyes are completely neutral. It asks for your goals and then uses it against you saying well then why don’t you have it then. Well what it’s not taking to account is how far i have come and how much i have changed , so i included that information. Well it used that against me too and said you claim to have changed but you haven’t??? Based off of what . It also asks if you look up to anyone , I’m not a fan of idolizing people i think it’s very weird , I’ve always been my own muse , again uses this against me and says it’s a weakness. Now thankfully i know that all this is BS and I’m quite happy with how my life has changed since applying Nero’s teachings , but this app is literally designed to gaslight you and make you feel insecure about any progress you have made to try and sell you the service.

I love the app but are a few glitches that need to be fixed. I wrote something about my mom in the assessment and the app keeps telling me to call or text my mom who passed away 7 years ago. Also on the thought insertion the thoughts are not complete, they are fragmented. Not sure if it’s supposed to be that way. In my monthly report it states I have completed no task, which is incorrect I complete most of them except the ones pertaining to my mom. I sometimes get a daily thought that doesn’t pertain to me. The best part of the app is the daily thought and the chat to my future self. Sometimes I ask random questions and get awesome feedback. It’s a great app but will be better after the glitches are fixed.Update: I just received a report on the app that said I had not completed not even one task. This is wrong so the report is inaccurate. Please fix!
