I've been using this app since July (I've been a huge fan of Nero for about a year now) and the results I've seen in my life due to my mindset shifts has been ASTONISHING. I've made so much internal progress and the external has been following suit for about a month or two now. Mastering the subconscious is hard but this app is AMAZING!!However, there are some downsides. The app glitches here and there and has trouble loading. Depending on the notification, it gets cut off sometimes where I can't read the whole thing. I also would like it if we could read more about the different frequencies that we reach. Like today, I apparently reached "Resonant" but I have no clue what that means or what steps I took that contributed to me reaching this frequency. Also... the country selections only show certain ones and the rest are commas. I had to select Canada because the US wasn't an option. With all that being said, the app's definitely still got some things to figure out... BUT!! It's still definitely worth the download because progress is progress and I've been able to not only make MORE progress with FRQNCY but I've also been able to MAINTAIN my progress/frequency as well. THANKS NERO!!

Before downloading this app I was depressed, overwhelmed, and unable to move on from a recent breakup. Within the first week of using the app I was completely able to emotionally and mentally detach from my ex and started making a lot of progress on the schoolwork I had been falling behind on. In the following two weeks I completely decluttered my space, quit smoking weed, and made several other beneficial changes. As I am re-entering the dating scene, it also keeps me in check by reminding me to keep focusing on myself and not falling back into codependent patterns which I have struggled with for my whole life. This app has an excellent balance between encouraging you to give yourself grace while also pushing you to the next level. I love the daily tasks and the chat with the future self function; I only wish there wasn’t a message limit on it, but I suppose it’s best not to be using it as a crutch all day. Thank you Nero for such a gift! I’m looking forward to seeing how much better things get as I continue to shift my frequency!

This app is honestly really good for people that want to stay consistent with their desires and self concept instead of just temporarily feeling motivated What I like most is that it actually helps you recognize where your current mindset, habits, emotions, and old story are still affecting the version of yourself you’re trying to become. A lot of people want change while still unconsciously identifying with the same old frequency, and this app kind of helps bring awareness to that. The whole point isn’t to make you feel bad about yourself, it’s to help you understand the gap between your current state and your desired state so you can align more consistently with the person you actually want to embody.I also love that it focuses on identity and emotional patterns instead of just surface-level affirmations. It constantly reminds you that the first step to becoming your desired self is slowly letting go of the old self, the old assumptions, and the old emotional cycles that keep repeating. It’s honestly really useful if you struggle with inconsistency, emotional attachment to the 3D, escapism, validation issues, or constantly feeling disconnected from your desires. It feels more like a self-awareness and alignment tool than just a manifestation app.And I feel like that’s why some people may misunderstand it 😭 because sometimes self reflection can feel uncomfortable when you’re still attached to the old story. But personally I think it’s really insightful and motivating if you genuinely want to evolve into the version of yourself you envision

I usually don’t leave reviews unless it’s a complaint. But I didn’t expect this app to be so useful. This app of exactly what I was manifesting. I even wanted to build my own manifestation app similar to this before finding out about FRQNCY, I just didn’t know where or how to start. Within a week of finally downloading the app, I had one of the biggest breakthroughs that I’ve had since I started my manifestation journey about two years ago from a question my future self asked in the chat. This is why I’ll always trust Nero when it comes to the content he puts out. This app has been so, so helpful and I genuinely feel like I’m making great progress.
