What's new in version 1.21.1: LISTING A PROPERTY - Listing is free: no package to pick and 0 FCFA to pay today. Every monthly rental gets 20 photos, 100 applicants and 3 group visits. Fees are shown clearly before you publish. - A clearer form: a red star marks required fields, "optional" marks the ones you can leave empty. - A bigger description box that grows with your text. Past 1,200 characters, the app tells you how many to remove. - Tips for a listing that goes live fast: a description of at least 60 words and 5 photos. - Listings no longer take a video: the 3D tour replaces it. For a property for sale, the Roogo team takes the photos, the video and the 3D tour. PRO PHOTOS - New Pro photos tab: request professional photos for your rental and message our team directly on WhatsApp. SELL WITH ROOGO - Before signing, owners see what they receive depending on the final sale price, in the "Sell with Roogo" window and on their mandate. MONTHLY RENTALS - Once rented, turn Roogo rent collection on or off for upcoming rents. Rents paid outside Roogo are marked on the lease card. PROPERTY REQUESTS - New Requests tab for agents and owners: browse what clients are looking for and propose a matching property with photos and documents. Track and share your proposals. STAYS AND PAYMENTS - When your booking is accepted, the notification opens payment for that exact stay. - A clearer payment choice with Orange Money and Moov Money logos. MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS - Tapping a message notification opens the conversation directly, even when the app was closed. - Other notifications open the right screen too. SECURITY AND RELIABILITY - Better protection of your personal information: your profile is only read through your secure sign-in. - Bug fixes and stability improvements.

What's new in version 1.19.0: HOTELS AND EVENTS - Manage group and event reservations with dedicated rates. - Access booking conversations and more reliable hotel operations. - Receipts and stay actions remain available after payment. HOTELS AND DAILY STAYS - A new hotel workflow for teams, rooms and reception. - Clearer booking, stay and receipt management. EXISTING LEASES - Roogo staff can connect an owner, renter and property when a lease was signed offline. - External payments are clearly marked as paid outside Roogo, while future rent continues normally in the app. CLEARER PAYMENTS - Warmer confirmation messages and a more precise payment history. - Reliability improvements for payments and receipts. This release also improves navigation, seller privacy and overall performance.

NEXT-GENERATION MESSAGING - Voice notes: speak instead of typing, listen back before sending. One minute of voice costs less data than a photo. - Send your documents (PUH, land title, plans) right in the conversation, as PDF or office files. - The property photo identifies every conversation: no more mixing up two discussions. - Read receipts: the double check marks turn blue when your message is read. - New dark interface, easier to read and easier on the eyes. TRANSPARENT PROPERTY SELLING - State the price you want to receive. Roogo takes a commission disclosed before you sign. - If the sale closes above your price, half the surplus is yours. - Notary fees are covered by Roogo. 3D TOURS - Book a 3D scan of your property online: 15,000 FCFA per room, paid with Orange Money or Moov Money. SIMPLER LISTINGS - Land plots and commercial spaces: no more fields that do not apply. - Your listing builds itself before your eyes as you fill in the form. And many fixes and performance improvements.
