iPhone
StackCheck is a nutrition tracker that shows what your food is actually giving you, and where it falls short.
Snap a photo, scan a barcode or nutrition label, or just say what you ate. StackCheck breaks each meal into 30+ nutrients, not just calories, and measures your intake against recommended daily amounts.
YOUR GAPS, UP FRONT
Dashboard, Reports and History open with the nutrients your meals are short on. Tap any meal to see exactly what it contributed.
FOOD FIRST
Most gaps can be closed with food. StackCheck shows the foods that cover a gap, and tells you when a supplement you take is already covered by what you eat.
HONEST NUMBERS
A meal's total is always the sum of the items you confirmed, and the app flags when its estimates of a portion disagree. Recommendations cite peer-reviewed studies you can open and read.
LOGGING THAT FITS REAL LIFE
• Log to any day, and fix a meal's serving or date later
• Meal Prep: plan your week and log straight from the plan
• One evening reminder that skips days you've already logged
BUILT FOR YOUR GOALS
Energy · Sleep · Immunity · Focus · Longevity. Tell StackCheck what you're working towards and the analysis follows it.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Your gaps lead. Dashboard, Reports, History and Meal Prep open with the nutrients you're actually short on, not a calorie count.
• Meal Prep. The Recipes tab is now Meal Prep: plan your week, add any meal to it, and go straight from planning to logging.
• What you see is what you log. The calories, macros and nutrients on the confirm screen are exactly what gets saved, including barcode foods in their real units (ml, oz, kg, lb).
• See what a meal gave you. Tap any logged meal for its full micronutrient breakdown.
• Log to any day. Pick a past date in History and log to it by photo, voice or barcode.
• Fix a meal after logging. Change its serving and watch the nutrients update, or move it to the right date instead of deleting it.
• Add an ingredient mid-meal by scanning, searching or just saying it.
• Daily reminders. One evening nudge that skips the days you've already logged. Pick your time in Profile.
• A clearer start. Google and Apple sign-in sit on the first screen, setup explains what you get, and your first day points you straight at logging a meal.
• Scan a label directly. Barcode and nutrition label are now separate buttons.
• A rebuilt dark mode, and screens that say when they can't load instead of showing you nothing.
• More honest numbers. A meal's total is always the sum of the items you confirmed, and the app tells you when its two estimates of a portion disagree.
WHAT WE FIXED
• Some new users were sent to the upgrade screen during their free trial.
• A serving-size trap that could log a meal at a fraction, or a multiple, of what you ate.
• Micronutrients were counted twice on meals with a quantity above 1. Meals logged from now on are correct.
• Logging to a past date saved the meal to today.
• Editing a serving amount no longer fails, and errors read in plain language.
• Cancel now cancels during photo and recipe scans.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from Profile.
• Subscriptions recover after a network drop instead of getting stuck.
• The upgrade screen always shows real prices.
• Privacy, Terms and Feedback links tell you when they can't open.
• Signing in with an unconfirmed account sends a fresh code instead of a dead end.
• The dashboard rolls over to the new day at midnight.
