NEW: Sleep Tracking
- Log your bedtime and wake time, rate your sleep quality, and track trends over time in the new Sleep tab. Entries save directly to Apple Health. Pro members can also import sleep data straight from Apple Health.
Faster Onboarding
- Tell us your medication, dose, height, and weight once during setup, no more re-entering them at signup. Medication and dose selection now use an easier-to-tap
grid, and height/weight use quick wheel pickers.
Profile Improvements
- Height and weight are now editable directly from your Profile.

logged shot and tapering as it leaves your body

• Scroll through your entire weight history; the weight and med-level charts pan together in sync

Fiber tracking is here.
• Track daily fiber alongside protein, calories, and water with a new progress bar on your Stats screen.
• Set a fiber target in Settings, and your AI meal plans will gently nudge meals toward hitting it.
Faster logging, less tapping.
• New Log Water and Log Food buttons right at the top of the home screen. No more hunting for the + icon.
• Log Food now includes Manual Entry so you can type in a meal's macros (including fiber) without searching.
Missed a day? No problem.
• Both Log Water and Manual Entry let you pick a custom date and time, so you can backfill yesterday's water or that meal you forgot to log.
Quality-of-life fixes.
• Editing a meal log now shows fiber and scales it with the serving adjuster, just like the other macros.
• Editing an injection lets you enter a custom dose (like 0.75 mg) without losing it when you tap a preset.
• Cleaner Nutrition screen: removed redundant + buttons.
1.4 Apr 29
• Macro Breakdown now shows your actual percentage alongside your goal — see at a glance how close you are to hitting
protein, carb, and fat targets each day.
• When regenerating a meal, the loading spinner now stays inside the Generated Meals drawer instead of covering the whole
screen, so you can keep browsing the rest of the page.
