This update makes adding items from receipts dramatically smarter: • Scan a receipt and HavIt now matches items to ones you already own—reusing the category, photo, and expected lifespan automatically. • Edit any scanned item with the full detail editor (category, dates, price, quantity, notes, and photo) before saving. • Prices from receipts now save in your selected currency. • Smoother editing and various fixes. Better receipt scanning, end to end. • Vision-AI receipt parsing replaces the old OCR. Names, prices, quantities, and categories come through cleanly — including tricky German grocery abbreviations and clothing tables with sizes. • Two-column row layout is now understood, so item names stay paired with their prices on Outfittery-style receipts. • Clothing and shoe sizes are preserved (e.g. "M", "41", "30-32") and saved to the item's notes. • Tap to scan a receipt straight from the live camera — no extra confirmation step. • Barcode lookup now falls back to UPCitemdb, so store brands like Balea (dm) get recognised. What's new in v1.1.0 SMARTER EXPIRY → SHOPPING LIST Items nearing their expiry date now show an improved banner with a "Buy Again" shortcut. Tap it to add the item straight to your shopping list with quantity pre-filled — no manual entry needed. SHOPPING LIST: CATEGORY FILTER A new filter bar at the top of your shopping list lets you focus on one category at a time — Food, Beauty, Electronics, and more. Each item also shows its category label so you know where to find it in the store. RECEIPT SCANNING — MORE WAYS TO IMPORT Import receipts from your photo gallery, from PDF files, or directly via the iOS/Android share sheet.
