Some Pro users were missing $100+/month in benefits because of this bug. - 38 CFR 4.26(d) compliance — the bilateral factor calculation now picks the most-favorable result for the veteran instead of blindly applying the 10% bonus. Bilateral nerve support — diabetic peripheral neuropathy, sciatica, and other nerve conditions now accept Left/Right as separate entries with the 10% bilateral factor applied automatically. Search fixes — "seizures" finds epilepsy DCs 8910-8914. "DPN", "diabetic peripheral neuropathy", "Adie's tonic syndrome" all map correctly now. 14J Air Defense C4I added to MOS database. 50-state benefits audit — about 40% of state benefit entries had material errors.
