Getting started • Picking your stores is cleaner: one card per store, closest first, with duplicate and gas-station entries gone. • The deal check no longer holds you up. Pick stores while it runs, or skip the step and set up your pantry first. • Email verification works from any device or browser, and signups from the app drop you straight back into the app. Receipts • Fixed the freeze some of you hit after scanning a long receipt. • Rescanning after a crash counts as a retry, not a duplicate. • The purchase date is now editable, with a heads-up if it looks off. It drives every expiration estimate. Pantry • Quick Pantry Check is back and smarter. It asks about items that expired, are about to, or were bought a while ago, not just low stock. • Renaming a scanned item teaches iofill that product's name for next time. • Restock suggestions only include things you actually rebuy. Savings • Redesigned Savings screen with a progress ring, 12-month history, and a goal that scales with your spending. Plus faster dashboard loading and a round of smaller fixes.

Faster, more relevant deals Your Deals tab now shows flyers for your area instead of every store in the country, so it loads faster and the savings you see are ones you can actually use. Searching is smoother too — results update as you type without the screen resetting — and if you have pantry matches, the tab opens on My Matches sorted by best match. A shopping list that's actually yours "From Low Stock" now builds your list from what you genuinely rebuy instead of guessing from every item that looks low. Anything it isn't sure about is still there, just unchecked. Smarter receipt review When a scanned item is already in your pantry, you get one clear choice — top it up, replace it, or keep it separate — with an Adjust option for line-by-line control. Pantry check-ins that stick Items you confirm you still have won't come back on your next Quick Pantry Check, swiping is smoother, and the +/– quantity buttons no longer jump around on quick taps. A clearer start New households get a simple three-step guide: pick your stores, scan a receipt, match deals. The scan button now says what it scans, and the theme toggle moved to the top of the screen. A warmer look Light mode has warmer surfaces so cards stand out from the page. Also in this update: store search finds Walmart, ALDI, Target and more in Kroger-heavy areas, and passwords need at least 8 characters with a letter and a number when you sign up or reset. Recipes now show what's on sale before you cook — a tag like "3 ingredients on sale · up to $6.40 off" points out the cheapest store for each one, and recipe suggestions lead with what's discounted this week. New: a daily "What's for dinner?" nudge pulls ideas from your pantry + today's deals, right around your usual dinner time. Toggle it anytime in Notification settings. Deals load faster — smoother scrolling, bigger product photos, and nationwide coverage. Savings card upgrades: a "your savings have covered X months of Pro" badge, "Verified [date]" labels so you know a price is current, and an honest saved-vs-spent comparison over the same time window. Cleaned up shopping lists — store-cart and Instacart buttons only show up when there's something eligible to add, and Instacart has a fresh look. Fixed a stuck notification badge on the app icon, a subscription-screen mix-up that could let you try to re-buy your current plan, and a few sign-in and stability rough edges.
