Pros: new Calendars page. See your RefreshMe bookings in your iPhone, Google or Outlook calendar. Snap your schedule to block appointments from another app. Connect your other calendar and we keep your busy times blocked automatically.

Sign up in one tap with Google or Apple. You are in right away after signing up, and we only ask you to confirm your email before your first booking. Shorter signup, and a clearer setup checklist for pros.

- Light mode: go to Profile > Appearance and choose Dark, Light, or Match my phone. - Virtual try-on: take a selfie right there with your front camera, or pick one from your photos. - Fresh looks: swipe through real work from local pros and tap Book this look. - Booking confirmed now celebrates with you, and pop-up messages are easier to read.

• Ask Fresh to find you a pro - "find me a braider near me" now shows real pros nearby, with a button to open each one. • Book this look: the service list now fits the screen and has a close button. • Pros: a cleaner Dashboard - ask Fresh any time with the sparkle button.

• Messages: swipe left to delete a chat, long-press a message to copy, unsend or report, and see when your message has been read. • Unread count on the Messages tab. • Pros: quick replies and your next appointment with that client, right in the chat. • Fresh opens on a clean screen each time and tucks neatly to the side. New pros now show as New.

• Meet Fresh: tap the sparkle button on any main screen to ask about your bookings, schedule or payments without leaving the page. • Pros: adding merch items works again. • Pro cards now show full service names and next-available times, even with larger text. • Layout fixes across bookings, messages, profile and merch on smaller screens.

Fixes a crash at launch on iOS 27. New Today filter on Home shows pros with an opening left today. Pros now sort by distance and who is open soonest, and every card shows a real next-available time. Pros: Fresh can now read your schedule, earnings and clients, and you can switch on a Monday summary. Plus a fresh icon and large-text fixes.

Tips, referrals and more. • Tip your pro after your appointment — 100% goes to them. • Invite friends: you both get $10 credit after their first booking. • Stick with your pro and earn 1.5x–2x Refresh Points on repeat visits. • Rate the details: quality, professionalism, timing and cleanliness. • Tap any portfolio photo to see it full screen and book that look. • Pros: private client notes, right on the booking card.

A cleaner booking card: your appointment time is the headline with a live countdown, one clear button, and directions in a single line. Reminders now arrive the day before and two hours ahead, and you get a notification to confirm when your pro marks a session complete. Pros: a heads-up the moment a payout lands. Plus the electric green from our website.

Payment methods that finish outside the app (Link, Klarna, Cash App, Affirm) now bring you straight back to your booking. Also prevents a slot you already booked from being booked again.

Reels, done right: watch a pro's reels inside the app — swipe for the next one, tap to pause. Pros can record a reel on the spot or pick one from their library, with a real preview and upload progress. Portfolio: add several photos at once. Before & after: swipe anywhere to move between looks, drag the handle to compare.

Directions, right where you need them: tap the map on your booking receipt or the Directions button on any upcoming appointment to open turn-by-turn in Apple Maps. Pros doing at-home visits get directions to the client. Also fixed: pros can now mark an appointment complete even if they never tapped Start.

Your hours now mean one thing: set them on your profile or your availability screen and customers can only book inside them. Pro profiles show how far away they are before you book. Fixes: the Book button on large text sizes, and pros left on Available Now no longer stay bookable around the clock.

New: Help chat. Tap Help & Support and get an answer in seconds about your booking, a card hold, or a payout. Anything that needs a real decision goes straight to PJ, the founder, and you hear back in the same chat. Also: reschedule from the app, Spanish, and a handful of fixes.

RefreshMe now speaks Spanish. Reschedule a booking right from the app, and leave a review the moment your appointment is done. Appointments now have to fit inside your pro's hours, not just start in them. Pros: clearer pay details, instant payouts when your balance allows, and Klarna/Affirm at checkout again. Plus small fixes.

Tap any pin on the map to open that pro's profile. Shops are now sorted by how close they are to you, with the ones taking bookings first. The home screen leads with pros who are online and bookable right now. Clearer payment summary at checkout, plus a handful of small fixes.

Zoom out on the map to see every pro who is online, wherever they are. Your Live Near You list still shows only pros close enough to actually book, and map pins now show how far away each pro is alongside their starting price.

Lashes is now on RefreshMe. Browse lash techs alongside barbers, stylists, makeup artists, nail techs and wax specialists. Filter for Lashes right from the home screen and see real prices and real availability up front, the same as every other service. For pros: Lashes is a category you can list under, with quick-add presets for the nine most-booked services — classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, two-week and three-week fills, lift and tint, removal, and strip lashes. Add them in a tap, then set your own prices and times. Packages and add-ons are easier to find and easier to build. Your add-ons now show on your profile with their prices, your menu is grouped so packages, à la carte services and add-ons read as different things, and Quick Add suggests ten ready-made bundles across every category. Also fixed: the keyboard could cover the Pay & Book button while you typed your address, some prices and service names were cut off on smaller screens, and a few screens said things the app does not actually do.

Waxing is now on RefreshMe. Browse wax specialists alongside barbers, stylists, makeup artists and nail techs. Filter for Waxing right from the home screen and see real prices and real availability up front, the same as every other service. For pros: Waxing is now a category you can list under, with quick-add presets for the nine most-booked services — brows, lip, underarm, full face, bikini, Brazilian, half leg, full leg, and back or chest. Add them in a tap, then set your own prices and times. Also in this update: the category filter row now shows you when there are more categories to scroll to.

Fixes a display error that showed the wrong booking total. Your booking total is now shown correctly before you pay.

This update improves virtual try-on reliability and includes performance and stability fixes.

House calls now ask where to go. If you book a stylist to come to you, you'll enter your address at checkout — so your pro arrives at the right door instead of hunting for it in chat. Clearer money, everywhere: • The refund policy now says exactly what happens — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Reward credit is described honestly: it comes off your deposits a little at a time, and whatever's left stays on your account. For pros: • Your earnings now show what you actually keep, with RefreshMe's fee listed separately instead of folded in. • Booking cards show the balance due in person, so you know what was already paid. • The Cancellation Waitlist now includes bookings your clients cancelled — not just your own. Plus fixes to group booking time blocks and appointment status handling.

Your RefreshMe points are now worth real money: redeem them for account credit that automatically discounts your next booking. Plus smoother maps, fixed cancellations, and cleaner stylist profiles.

Smoother booking and messaging: clearer messages when your connection drops, a working Add to Calendar button, reschedule requests that reach your stylist, invite links that work through sign-in, and reliability fixes throughout.
