At The Forge, we’re making it easier to enjoy our Polishire bagels! Pre-order your favourite bulk bagels, lifts, and more to enjoy at home. Order, pickup, and go!
At The Forge Bagel Co., our hand-stretched Polishire bagels are made in small batches and our most sought-after flavours sell out fast. When we sell out, our customers must choose alternative flavours and we want to minimize that.
With our app, you can now pre-order days in advance or up until 30 minutes before we open and secure your Polishire bagels before they're gone. No disappointment. No lineup. The flavours you want, ready for you at pickup.
How it works
Browse our full rotational menu and lift flavours, choose up to 24 bagels and lifts, select your preferred pickup date, and pay securely in the app. Orders are placed in advance, giving our team the time to hand-stretch every bagel the Polishire way without shortcuts or compromises. If you require more than 24 bagels, simply make another order.
Your order will be ready for pick-up on the day you request at anytime during our open hours. When you arrive, skip the line entirely and head straight to the counter to pick up. It's a seamless experience from first tap to first bite!
What you'll find in the app
Browsing the app is like visiting our shop. View our rotational bagel menu including seasonal flavours and Forge staples like Everything In and Polish Double Malt. Full selection of all our lifts including cream cheese forward selections such as Fresh Onion w/ Garlic and Wild Salmon Lox w/ Dill, our house-made preserves such as Simply Strawberry and Simply Blueberry plus, and our selection of butter creams such as Devonshire Cream and Lemon Cream w/ Lemon Zest.
If a bagel or lift flavour is offered in store, it will be available on The Forge app.
About The Forge Bagel Co.
Every Polishire bagel we make is hand-stretched using the traditional Polish poke and stretch method, a slow and deliberate process that delivers brioche-like softness surrounded by a creamy chew. Other influences on our recipes come from the UK. These focus on dough inclusions to bring wholesome flavour profiles that our community has come to know and love – Blistered Onion with caramelized onion and caraway seed, Double Blueberry with wild Canadian blueberries, and the traditional Polish Double Malt with wholewheat and molasses.
Our goal is to share the original bagel making process – as it started in the 1600’s – and celebrate this labour-intensive tradition for the ultimate taste and flavour that only old-world bagels have. This is at the heart of our Polishire bagels: crafted by hand, wholesome ingredients, and loyal to tradition.
