OnSite by DLF: Vendor Attendance Management
OnSite is the official attendance tracking app for vendors and contractors working at DLF premises. Designed for simplicity and accuracy, it replaces manual registers with real-time GPS-verified punch in/out - so every work hour is recorded with precision.
HOW IT WORKS
Punch In when you arrive at site - the app verifies you are within the authorised location radius before recording your entry. Punch Out when you leave - your session is logged with duration automatically calculated. View your complete attendance history anytime, with daily and monthly summaries.
KEY FEATURES
GPS Geo-fencing - Attendance can only be recorded within designated DLF office boundaries, ensuring complete authenticity.
Instant Punch In/Out - Single-tap check-in and check-out with automatic time stamping.
Attendance History - Browse your full punch record with in-time, out-time, and hours worked per day.
Secure Login - Your account is protected with email-based authentication and strong password enforcement.
Pending Approval Workflow - New vendor registrations are reviewed and approved by site administrators before access is granted.
FOR ADMINISTRATORS
Site managers have access to a secure web portal with full vendor attendance reports, monthly overview with hours analysis, user management, geo-fence configuration, and account controls.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Your location is accessed only at the moment of punch in/out - never tracked in the background. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Your attendance data is stored securely.

OnSite is intended exclusively for third-party vendors, contractors, and service personnel operating within DLF Limited premises. Registration requires approval from a DLF site administrator.

1. Punch-out confirmation: Punch Out now shows a confirm dialog first ("Confirm Punch Out?") to prevent accidental punch-outs that used to force an immediate punch-back-in.
2. Redesigned attendance history cards: History tab now shows a cleaner card per day: date banner, IN/OUT times with location pins, and a color-coded duration badge (green = full day, amber = under 8h, red = missed punch-out, blue = still in progress).
3. Punch-out location tracking: App now also records where you punched out, and flags it on the card if it's different from where you punched in (e.g. punched in at office, punched out from home).
4. New "Reports" tab: Self-service view of your own attendance history with date-range filters and a summary (days/hours), without needing the web portal.
5. Clearer status badge on the Punch screen: now reads "Within Range → Click Punch" or "Out of Office → Long Press" instead of showing a raw distance in meters.
