• Income-tax Act, 2025: sections and forms now show the new numbers with the old ones in brackets, for example Section 22 (formerly 24) and Form 141 (formerly 26QB). • Cost Inflation Index of 384 for FY 2026-27, as notified by CBDT. • Scan a payment and, when the amount matches a lease's rent, the app offers to record it as that rent. It also adds the bank to the notes. • A payment reference (UTR) already recorded on another property now gets a warning before you save it again. • Verify Documents, in Settings under Data Safety, checks that every file in your vault is intact. • Turning off rent reminders now also stops their notifications. • Deleting a record now saves first and only then moves its files to the trash, so an interrupted delete loses nothing. • Larger text sizes are laid out properly across the app, and the subscribe button stays in view on the Premium screen. • Notification permission is asked after setup, and the Portfolio widget now opens Portfolio on iPhone. • The free plan now shows a small banner and, now and then, a full-screen ad when you switch tabs. Any others stay listed and you can still view, export or delete them; Premium makes them editable again. iCloud Sync is part of Premium and pauses on the free plan.
