Metered 1.0.11 adds more practical pacing controls. - Schedule POTS / orthostatic checks and surface them from Today when they are due. - Run guided checks with live Apple Watch heart-rate capture, live BPM display, sample pulses, and Health fallback data. - Start planned activity timers from iPhone or Watch with battery-light time reminders, plus optional session-only BPM pacing alerts. - Live BPM samples sync back to iPhone, and Metered explains when starting BPM for one activity will move monitoring from another. - Custom barometric pressure alerts now support low/high direction, threshold, cooldown, notification permission guidance, persistence, and backups.
