An audiogram is a snapshot. If your hearing fluctuates, important changes can happen in the weeks between appointments, when they may otherwise go unrecorded. EbbChart lets you build that record yourself.

EbbChart is a personal wellness tool for tracking and recording your own hearing test results and symptoms over time. It does not provide a medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
Sudden or rapidly worsening hearing loss can be a medical emergency. If your hearing has changed suddenly, contact a doctor or emergency service. Do not use this app to track it instead.

From here you can generate your ENT report PDF, export your data, and connect
EbbChart to Claude for natural-language questions about your hearing history.
Onboarding — the setup flow now asks which ear is affected, so charts,
alerts, and the ENT report are all anchored to the right ear from the start.
ENT report — dual-ear layout, improved trajectory classification, clinic
audiogram records shown as reference markers, and better period-by-period
trend analysis.
Connected AI assistants — enable Claude to read your EbbChart record from
Profile → Connected AI assistants. You control access; it can be turned off
at any time.
Research participation — an optional consent screen lets you contribute
anonymised data to vestibular condition research. Off by default.
Flight logging — log a flight as part of a symptom entry, with airport
autocomplete.
Bug fixes: hearing data accuracy improvements for right-ear patients;
HealthKit sync now goes back five years and imports each audiogram sample
individually; record list display fixes.
