Bring PALO into everyday work: connect controls and evidence, exchange cases with the web and use the optional assistant with sources and clarification. PALO Mobile brings AI governance work into your daily workspace: cases, owners, controls, evidence and decisions, wherever the work happens. FOLLOW THE LIFECYCLE Work through six PALO phases: Frame, Classify, Assess, Control, Measure, Prove & Review. Record the case context, entry criteria and gate decisions with rationale and conditions. CONNECT CONTROLS AND EVIDENCE Use 31 canonical controls and 12 applicability domains. Assign owners and review dates, link evidence and distinguish planned, implemented, validated and verified controls. Active stop conditions and changed evidence require further review. CAPTURE AND HAND OFF YOUR WORK Save local notes, test results and attachments up to 5 MB each. Import and export PALO Case Files and Evidence Bundles as JSON, with conflict previews and integrity checks. Additional fields are retained for handoff with the web. Devices do not synchronize automatically. EXPLORE THE FRAMEWORK Open bundled modules, the Platform Map, documentation, assessment tools and AI Observatory. Published incidents and references retain their dates and context. Load public PolicyWatcher observations and request a policy review after checking the data to send. Operators approve new scans; save the result as a local draft when useful. ASK PALO The optional cloud assistant uses PALO sources and only the case summary you choose to share. It asks for clarification when the question or context is unclear, challenges premises that need checking and redirects unrelated requests. Gemini Live dictation produces a transcript for you to confirm; speech playback uses the final reviewed text. Save a response to a case as a draft when useful. YOUR WORKSPACE, YOUR CHOICES Cases, controls, notes, attachments and bundled content work locally. The assistant is for adults (18+) using PALO for professional or business purposes. It requires connectivity, an operator-enabled PALO account, consent and available service capacity; unlimited access is not included. Online observations and external links require a connection.
