Here's how it works: point your camera at an open box and let Item Buddy do the rest. AI analysis (Pro) recognizes what's inside and turns it into a tidy item list you can edit however you like — no typing, no spreadsheets. Every box gets its own tag (BOX-001) that matches the real label, and you can search titles, descriptions, tags, and contents to find anything in seconds.
If something ever happens, Item Buddy helps you sort it out. Add values, purchase dates, and attach receipts or warranty docs (photo or PDF, Pro) as you go. Then, if you ever need to, export your whole inventory as a clean PDF report — photos, values, receipts, and totals — to send to your insurer.
Better together. Sort boxes by where they actually live — garage, basement, attic, storage unit — and share a location so family or housemates stay in sync and nobody's left guessing.
Always backed up. Your inventory is safely stored and synced in the cloud, so it's there whenever you need it — on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Fast, native, and available in English and Norwegian.
Yours to keep. Your data is stored by EU providers within the European Economic Area (EEA). Sign in securely with optional two-factor authentication, export all your data whenever you like, and delete your account any time.
Item Buddy Premium unlocks unlimited boxes, items, and photos, AI box analysis, receipt storage, and Family Sharing for up to six people with an auto-renewing yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
