ReliaLife keeps track of what you own and what it needs. Add your car, your house, the mower, the boat, or the equipment your business runs on, and the app builds a maintenance schedule from it. It tells you what is due, records what you did, and keeps the history.
Two ways to use it
ReliaBase is for your home. Track cars, appliances, lawn and garden equipment, pets, aircraft, watercraft, powersports, firearms and the house itself. Tasks repeat by time, like every six months, or by use, like every 5,000 miles.
ReliaPro is for a small business. Set up your business, its sites and the equipment at each one. Pick from an equipment library with maintenance plans taken from the manufacturers' own service manuals, plus the inspections your state requires by law. Coffee shops, breweries, car washes, auto repair, woodshops, construction, trucking, gas stations, hotels and more are covered, and the library grows with every update.
Pick one the first time you open the app. You can switch in Settings.
What it does
- A dashboard that shows what is overdue, what is due soon and what is coming up.
- Maintenance plans from the strategy library, or write your own.
- Complete a task with notes, a cost and a photo of the receipt. Defer it with a reason if it has to wait.
- Rounds: the daily walk through a site, with the checks to make at each stop.
- Spare parts with prices, and the one-off jobs that do not belong on a schedule.
- People and crews, and a schedule that assigns the work.
- Reliability metrics, a replacement plan and a compliance view.
- Product recalls from NHTSA and CPSC matched to what you own.
QR labels
Print a QR label for each item from a computer, straight to a NIIMBOT or Phomemo pocket printer, a Zebra or HPRT roll printer, or on Avery sheets. Put your logo inside the code if you like. Point your phone camera at a label and the item opens in the app with its history, schedule and spares.
Works everywhere
Your data lives on your phone and syncs to your account, so the same records are on your phone, your iPad and the web at relialife.vercel.app. Export everything to Excel from Settings whenever you want a copy.

• Scan a label, open the item. Point your camera at any ReliaLife QR label and the item's page opens right in the app, with its history, schedule, spares and rounds.
• Print labels from your computer. Send QR labels straight to a NIIMBOT B1 or D110, a Phomemo, or a roll printer, or lay them out on Avery sheets. Add your business logo and it prints inside the code.
• People, all in one place. Your team, the people who do the work, and your crews now live on one screen, and the Schedule reads from it.
• Strategy Library, sorted. Personal and Business categories, so the espresso machine is not next to the lawn mower.
