This build adds voice input, camera/photo text scanning, and English, Japanese, and Spanish localization.
Camera and Photo Library access are used only to scan text from images. Photos are not uploaded or stored.
Microphone and Speech Recognition access are used only for voice input. Audio is not uploaded or stored.
This build also improves Japanese and Spanish weekday date detection.
