I recently downloaded this app and I will admit it has paid out some minor amounts but as far as what I see on the TV I don’t expect to get rich overnight. I don’t even expect to make more than four figures but at the end of the day it would be nice to actually experience one of these casinos that don’t glitch and make it obvious that you’re just not gonna win. Wish I was able to upload some screenshots from customer support….. after a few redemptions this app will start glitching.. so my last deposit of $50 was gone within 10 spins… not because I raised my bet or just went all in but because the app decides glitch and change my bet for me.. me not realizing the bet has changed until he asked me to deposit more money. I immediately went to speak with customer service and the AI keeps repeating the same massage instead of trying to help resolve issue…I WILL DELETE THIS APP AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE OF MY BUSINESS

I always read reviews regarding cash out speed prior to depositing. Social casinos are not legal in my state anymore, but I’m currently out of state where I could play. I was playing Burning 777 when I landed on three bonus symbols, which normally triggers eight free spins. Instead, the game started doing some strange flickering, and the next thing I knew, the bonus was gone and I never received any of my free spins.I immediately tried reporting the issue through their AI support bot and filled out the required form. I also took screenshots showing what happened, but their photo attachment feature wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even upload the evidence. I submitted the report without the photos and explained that I have screenshots available.At this point, I don’t have much confidence that anything will actually be done about it. I basically got cheated out of a bonus I legitimately triggered, and when real money is involved, that’s a serious problem. I won’t be giving this app another opportunity for something like this to happen.
