Fixed a run summary bug where an immediate or zero-duration result could show misleading kills/min or gems/min values. Also tightened the game-over overlay copy path so challenge-run summaries build and render reliably on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

A little polish and behind-the-scenes improvements.

Bellgrave 2.0 "Seeded" — the resurrection update. We fixed the game, then fixed the parts of the game that were quietly judging you. - Added a dodge. Turns out "stand still and watch" was not, in fact, a control scheme. Phase Step lets you slip through a boss's attack, and nailing the timing rewards you for it. - Curse Depths: you wanted harder. We built a whole ascension ladder from Surface to Nightfall so you can keep wanting it until you're sorry. - Builds actually diverge now. The upgrade pool used to funnel every run into the same character. We took it out back. Reroll, banish, or Lock your offers and build your own mess. - Mastery Keystones: you now get stronger even when you lose, which is convenient, because see above re: Curse Depths. - Overtime Crescendo: beating the final boss no longer ends the run. It just gets worse. You're welcome. - Hunter's Chronicle + Nemesis: a completion grid, and a list of the specific things that keep killing you, so you can hold a grudge with proper documentation. - New darker biomes beyond the cathedral, because you'd seen the cathedral. - Seed-share: share a seed or QR and a friend lands in the exact same dungeon, horde, and loot. Now nobody can claim you got lucky. - One-shot brag card at the end of a run, for posting your triumphs and/or your humiliations. - Fixed the buy button nobody could find. Yes. Really. It was hiding. It's not anymore. - Fixed the rating prompt that was apparently allergic to appearing. If you're enjoying Bellgrave, it'd love a word now. Still pay-once. Bellgrave 1.1.11 — Ursok finds his fur • Ursok the bear hero spent the last few builds prowling the catacombs completely bald. Turns out his fur, claws and armour textures had quietly wandered off the build manifest, so the poor lad was rendering as a shiny grey gummy bear. He has his coat back now. • Every other hunter politely pretended not to notice. We noticed. • No gameplay changed — Ursok hits exactly as hard as before, he just no longer looks like a balloon animal while doing it.

We spent this one making the game smoother when things get hectic: • Damage numbers used to make the game stutter every time you landed a hit — turns out we were rebuilding the font from scratch on every single number. We stopped doing that. Crit storms are buttery now. • Level-ups are smoother. We build the overlay before you need it instead of scrambling the moment you ding. • Moved the sound effects off the main thread so they stop tripping over the rendering.

Fresh screenshots, a new App Store preview, and a quiet polish pass. • Tightened a few rough edges under the hood so the horde swarms you that little bit smoother. • Same dark cathedral, same 8 bosses, same 11 hunters — now with a trailer that actually shows them off. Pay once. Own it all. Go get mobbed.

• Daily challenges are now actually the same dungeon for everyone. They never were. Sorry, leaderboards. • Lucien, Ashwalker, Nyx, and Gideon can finally evolve their weapons — the recipe math was hiding the last rank. • The magnet upgrades now magnet. Vacuum Crown owners: your crown is no longer decorative. • Backgrounding mid-run now pauses the game instead of feeding you to the horde.

Behind-the-scenes polish and a tidy-up.

What's new in 1.1.6 • Equipping a Mantle quietly deleted all of your other purchased upgrades — armour, recovery, reroll/skip/banish charges, luck, greed — for that run. You paid for them, then a Mantle ate them. Mantles now stack with everything else, as nature intended. • The "rate this game" prompt was gated behind winning the entire game twice, which is to say almost nobody ever saw it. It now appears after a hard-won boss kill, like a normal, well-adjusted prompt. • The daily-challenge "Retry" button replayed a different, random seed but still logged it to the daily leaderboard — politely corrupting your own scoreboard. Retries are now honest practice runs. • Patched a rare dungeon-layout crash that could trigger with an empty room list.

Bellgrave now runs buttery smooth. We rebuilt how the game draws each frame. The simulation ticks at a fixed rate, but we used to just slap the newest state on screen and throw away the leftover time between ticks — which your eyes correctly read as a faint, maddening micro-stutter. Now we interpolate between ticks, so your hero, the entire horde, and every boss glide instead of hiccup. • Fixed: the between-frames judder that made motion feel slightly seasick. • Smoother hero, enemy and boss movement and animation. • Same dark cathedral, same 8 bosses, same 11 heroes — just no hitching while they swarm you. Go get mobbed. It looks great now.

What's new in 1.1.4 • Search-listing tidy: trimmed the keyword field of dedupe waste ("rpg games, rpg adventure games" — pick one) and added the actual phrases people in this genre search for (vampire survivor, bullet heaven, horde survival). The Japanese and Korean fields finally use the genre's native-language search anchors instead of romanised "rpg". No change in-game.

What's new in 1.1.3 • Won a run? The game might quietly ask if you'd leave a review. Only fires after victories, only after a few of them, and never twice in the same month. It will never break your run.

Swept the crypt. The horde was unimpressed. A few enemies learned new tricks. A few projectiles learned manners. Boss room slightly more dramatic, slightly less unfair.
