• Redeem code: if you have a promo code, you can now redeem it right from the plans screen. • Post-gym stretches: start them when you're ready, with 5 seconds to get into position before each one and a pause button. • Rest your way: choose your gym rest (30 s to 4 min) and your HIIT rest (10 to 60 s) in Profile › Training options. • Simpler units: pick kg or lb once and it applies to your weight and your gym sets. • Fixed: the first voice recording sometimes said "Too short". • Other improvements and fixes.

Nutrika now trains with you. TRAINING • New Train tab: the coach suggests the session of the day from what you ate, and never asks you to make up for it. • GYM: four programs that repeat in a cycle (Push · Pull · Legs, Upper · Lower, Full body, Glutes and legs) and standalone workouts by muscle group. Every exercise has a video and the weight of each set is saved. • HIIT at home: video-guided routines of 10 to 20 minutes, with warm-up and cool-down. You can swap, remove or add exercises. • Training schedule: pick the days and the time, and the app reminds you. • The gym videos are bundled in the app, so they play with no connection. FOOD AND PROGRESS • Weekly budget: decide whether what you have left on one day is spread over the rest of the week. • Progress with streak, weight and daily calorie average. • Insight of the day, with a read on how you are doing. EVERYTHING ELSE • New design, with a light theme and a dark theme. • The app speaks Spanish or English, following your phone. • A short tutorial the first time you come in. • Fixes and performance improvements.
