New: pose check-ins. Take three photos hands-free and your coach scores symmetry, conditioning, posture and development, then shows what improved since last time. Workouts now go one exercise at a time, each with its demo video, your sets, and About, History, Charts and Records right below. Plus a fresh new look.
1.4.27 Sep 24
Build your own weekly plan: pick any exercise from the full library and Bootz tracks it like any other program. Also new: a refreshed welcome screen, a quick jump to your next workout, and theme and language together under Display & language.
1.4.26 Sep 19
Your exercise library just grew to 370+ moves, with 170 new exercises, step-by-step form instructions, and sharper previews. Your coach can now pick from the bigger library when planning and swapping exercises.
1.4.25 Sep 17
Explore your training with a new interactive 3D muscle map. Rotate and zoom the model, view muscle activity over time, and inspect the workouts behind each muscle group.
1.4.24 Sep 15
Improved reliability when publishing trails, viewing leaderboards, and sharing progress. Includes navigation fixes and security updates.
1.4.23 Sep 13
Discover nearby trails, save routes and choose what you share. Compare running, walking and cycling efforts on separate trail leaderboards. Improved coaching, 3D muscle views and broader language support.
1.4.22 Sep 10
Your outdoor sessions just got a lot sharper.
Live pace that keeps up. The run screen now shows your current pace over a rolling 30-second window instead of a slow-moving average, so a surge or an easy stretch shows up right away. Average pace is still there underneath.
Know your GPS is ready. A signal indicator before you start tells you when your phone has a solid fix, and warns you mid-run if accuracy drops, so a short-recorded run is never a mystery.
Earn records outdoors. Longest distance, longest activity, and fastest mile, 5K and 10K now count toward XP and your trophy case. Best efforts are found inside longer runs, so a 5K record can be set on a 10K day.
Race your own routes. Run somewhere you have been before and Bootz ranks the attempt against your previous times on that same route, with your gap to your best.
Heart rate on your runs. Average, max and time-in-zone are pulled in from Apple Health after you finish.
See the hills. An elevation profile now sits under your splits.
Start on your terms. An optional 3-2-1 countdown, plus a distance goal with live progress and an announcement when you hit it.
Leaderboard. See where your XP puts you among other Bootz athletes, all time or this week.
Also: faster app startup, smoother scrolling through long activity and XP history, and a lighter download.
