The current version focuses on expanding the clinical content. The Preoperative assessment screen received the biggest update, now backed by two new sections — a Reference Tables section and a Rockwood Frailty Scale section. The Anaesthetic Drug Dosing and TIVA screens were substantially reworked, with further improvements to the General Medical, Regulatory, and Critical Transfer screens. Smaller refinements were made to the ACLS, Home, Perioperative Medication, and Emergency screens, and the calculators were updated for better accuracy.
