The moment you say you're getting up, the apps you chose in advance — social media, videos, games — lock for a set amount of time. The ones your half-asleep self opens without even thinking. Out of reach, before you can reach for them.
Force-quitting the app won't unlock them. It's the system that protects your morning, not your willpower.
