Don’t let your footage end at capture. Finish single shots or multiple clips with your own color, texture, and space, entirely on iPhone. Record in 4:3 Open Gate to use more of the sensor. Keep a wider view and more room around the subject, and capture more of the atmosphere in every shot. SLOW recording is also supported. Choose a 24 / 25 / 30 fps playback base and record at up to 60 fps for cinematic slow motion. Review, select, and finish your footage immediately after shooting, while keeping track of SLOW and graded clips. You can also rotate footage directly in CLIPS after recording. Keep source footage and finished work separate, without filling up your camera roll. ▶ Shape Apple Log Into Your Own Look Choose Base LUTs and Creative LUTs, then adjust exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, color temperature, tint, and saturation. Add Mist, Grain, Fade, and vignette to turn a flat recording into the look you want to create. ▶ Keep Your Look Save grades for each clip. Save frequently used adjustments as presets, so you can finish future clips with a consistent feel. ▶ Give Multiple Clips One World Select two or more clips, then finish them together with a consistent grade and frame. v1.2 — A smoother path from capture to finish. ▶ Rotate clips in CLIPS Rotate recorded MOV files 90 degrees at a time, right in CLIPS. Your corrected clips flow straight into GRADE, FRAME, and export. ▶ Finish multiple clips together Select two or more clips and apply a consistent grade and frame. A simple way to shape vlogs and trip footage into one world. ▶ New screen-on settings Choose whether to hand control back to iPhone Auto-Lock after one minute while standing by, or keep the screen awake. During recording, the screen stays on in either mode. ▶ A cleaner recording screen ISO, shutter speed, white balance, and EV panels now close when REC starts, keeping the camera view clear.
