Kofe Flow is a calm Pomodoro timer for Mac that helps you stay with one focus session at a time. Start a work block from the dashboard or directly from the menu bar, move into short and long breaks, and keep your rhythm without task lists, accounts, or extra clutter.
The timer is designed for people who want a simple focus ritual instead of another productivity system. Use the default 25-minute session, adjust your focus and break durations, and decide when to start, pause, extend, or skip a break.
Kofe Flow stays close without taking over your screen. The menu bar countdown keeps the current session visible while you work, and customizable global keyboard shortcuts let you start, pause, reset, take breaks, or bring the dashboard forward from anywhere on your Mac. Optional local notifications let you know when a focus block or break is complete. Smart nudges can also suggest starting focus when work begins or pausing when you step away, using local keyboard and mouse idle activity only. If you are not ready to stop, extend the session by five minutes and keep going.
A lightweight dashboard shows today's completed focus time, your current streak, long-break progress, and flexible local analytics. Optional app and website activity tracking helps you see where focus time went during sessions, while activity details stay on your Mac. Kofe Flow does not require an account, does not sync to the cloud, and does not use ads or cross-app tracking.

Honestly this is one of the best, but Im still considering switch to other ones. If this had better analytics per day instead of as a whole for app usage, as well as support for DIA browser for deeper analytics and more integrated support, this would be the best!! Please keep updating it! My productive life depends on it

It’s the perfect app for what I need. Something Minimalist that’s easy to use and works well. Highly Recommend. Please don’t switch to a subscription model 🤞but if you do I understand, just let us early users pay for lifetime in advance 😉

Nice app, more interesting than others

Noticed a weird bug - sometimes when focus ended and I click on the notification, the text of the “break ready” popup in the app appears upside down.
