LiftCalは、筋トレを習慣化したい人のためのシンプルなトレーニング管理アプリです。
「今日は何をやればいい？」を減らし、設定した回数・時間・鍛えたい部位に合わせて、その日のメニューを確認できます。実施したトレーニングはカレンダーに残り、達成状況や部位の偏りもあとから見返せます。

・部位バランスをグラフで確認
・1分プランクなど短時間メニューも記録
