Your kingdom takes shape. Every soldier you forge now wears the colors of the army they were raised for — Crimson Army I, Rose Army II, Plum Army III, and so on. Squad cards show each warrior's army-of-origin chip and a livery sash across the chest, and your active army's color is visible in the resource bar from every screen. Plate warriors now wear a complete plate harness (cuirass, gauntlets, full leg plate, sabatons) instead of the partial chest piece that floated over civilian clothing. Female plate received a no-surcoat polish pass so its livery reads cleanly. Polish: smaller realm-progress fixes under the hood that returning players will see fully when 1.1.0 ships the new keep screen.

Female warriors in their own armor — five new painted sprites across Viking, Roman, Plate, Chain, and Samurai. Female squad members now show in armor built for them instead of the male warrior art. Redesigned keep screen: built pieces slot into a proper castle layout (foundation, walls, gate, tower) with outlined silhouettes for anything still to raise. Fixed a layout issue where completing all four pieces could make the keep screen hard to leave. Accessibility pass: VoiceOver support on every screen, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion honored, color-blind-friendly state indicators, and a new Settings gear in the resource bar for sound, haptics, and motion toggles.
