Great app with a clean UI, useful AI insights, and easy stack tracking. Logging doses and following schedules feels simple and organized. It also feels more affordable than other similar apps while still offering strong features.One thing I’d love to see is a journaling feature for daily notes, mood, side effects, and progress tracking. Overall, really solid app with a lot of potential.

I’ve tried a few different ways to track protocols, and this is by far the most convenient. Everything is in one place—doses, reminders, progress tracking, and notes. The UI is clean, fast, and easy to navigate. The recent journal updates are a great addition, and it’s nice to see the app being actively developed. Highly recommended.

Home Screen widgets Four of them: today's dose ring, your next dose, what is coming up, and your consistency grid. Your protocol at a glance, without opening the app. Lock Screen widgets The dose ring and your next dose, right on the Lock Screen and in StandBy. Accessibility The app now follows the way you have your iPhone set up. VoiceOver on every screen, full Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, Differentiate Without Color, Bold Text, and charts you can listen to with Audio Graphs. Color is never the only thing carrying meaning.
