What's new in this version Rento Pro A new plan for a bigger portfolio — up to 20 properties. You can switch to it right from the app, and your current Plus stays as it is. Two Spanish and two Portuguese varieties Español (España) and Español (Latinoamérica), Português (Brasil) and Português (Portugal) are now separate languages. The app follows your phone's language and you can switch it in Settings. A deposit, a report and an amount go by different words in different countries — the app now uses the one landlords there actually use. Every translation has been reviewed Each language went through a native speaker: number agreement, correct gender, consistent terminology. Spots where foreign text was left behind are fixed too, including the month names in the annual PDF. Reminders Reminder texts were rewritten and brought in line with the rest of the app. The deposit-return window is filled in from your own setting, so it matches when the reminder actually arrives. Safer backups A backup is protected by a password instead of a numeric code, with a strength meter. Encryption is optional — when the file never leaves your phone, you can save it without a password. Protection of an encrypted file is far stronger. Older backups still open. A failed import no longer wipes your data If a backup import fails halfway through, your records stay untouched. A more accurate annual overview A payment switched back to unpaid no longer counts towards income in the annual overview, the tax PDF or the export. Older records are corrected on the next launch. Small things Phone, email, a note or a lease end date can be cleared, not just overwritten. Switching tabs and the annual overview are noticeably faster, and photos ask for less memory. Dark mode and forms got a consistent look.

What's new in this version Payment receipt (Plus) For every payment you have collected you can create a PDF receipt with a number, the property, tenant and amount. Send it straight to your tenant. Recurring expenses Set an expense to repeat monthly or yearly. The next ones are added automatically, so you don't have to enter them over and over. Rent changes with history Schedule a new rent amount for an effective date, for example the first day of next month. The change applies on its own and the property detail keeps the full rent history. Rent review reminder (Plus) Rento reminds you of the lease anniversary so a rent review never slips by. Turn it on in Settings. Contract on the tenant (Plus) Attach the lease to the tenant as a photo or PDF and keep it always at hand. More reliable backup Your backup now also contains handover photos, receipts and contracts, meter readings and the rent history. Nothing is lost when you move to a new phone.
