escusi Staff is the companion app for waiters, front desk, and housekeeping teams at venues that use escusi. When a guest taps an escusi tag to request service, you get an instant alert on your phone — with the table or room number, the type of request, and a timer showing how long they've been waiting.
When a guest sends a custom request, escusi translates it automatically with AI — so you read exactly what they need in your own language, whatever language they typed in.
IMPORTANT: escusi Staff is for staff at venues that use escusi. To use the app you need an invite code from your venue's manager. Without a venue, there's nothing to sign in to.

1. Your manager adds you and shares an invite code
2. Enter the code to join your venue
3. When a guest sends a request, you're notified instantly
4. Tap "I will serve" to take it, then mark it done when handled
