Every guest request on your phone the second it's sent — table number, what they want, in your language. Part of the escusi waiter call system.
escusi Staff is the app for waiters, front desk and housekeeping in restaurants and hotels that use the escusi waiter call system — the replacement for physical call buttons.
Guests tap an NFC sticker on their table or in their room and send a request. It lands on your phone the moment it's sent: the table or room number, what the guest wants, and how long they've been waiting. No more scanning the room for a raised hand.
IMPORTANT: escusi Staff needs an invite code from your manager. There is nothing to buy and no account to create — enter the code and you're in.
