SMARTER RECIPE IMPORTS Multi-part recipes — think dough, filling, and frosting — now import with clean, separate ingredient sections instead of one long list. Works across more recipe sites than ever, and we fixed a bug that could drop ingredient amounts written as fractions (like ½ or ¾) during import. SHOPPING LIST, REBUILT Swipe to delete items, edit and rename lists inline, check off everything at once, and long-press any ingredient to add it straight to a list. Duplicate items now merge automatically, and the shopping list header got a fresh new look with progress tracking. FASTER, SMOOTHER APP Recipes and instructions now load instantly from cache, with polished loading animations and no more flickering when you switch screens. ANDROID IMPROVEMENTS New edge-swipe-back gesture for easier one-handed navigation, smoother Cook Mode with no more black-screen flicker on high-refresh-rate phones, and fixed voice assistant audio playback. SMARTER PERMISSIONS We now ask for camera, microphone, and notification access only when a feature actually needs it — with a clear, plain-English explanation before the system prompt appears.
