Refactor: Body Recomposition
Macros, lifts & fat loss
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Train like it’s a season, not a hobby
Refactor is for people who take the gym and the kitchen seriously—whether you’re chasing a stage-ready look, a leaner frame, or a full-body transformation. Your plan, your numbers, and your habits stay in sync across devices so you can execute without juggling five apps.
Built for lifters & physique-focused athletes
Structured workouts, progress you can see, and clarity on what “done” looks like each week. Whether you’re running a long cut, pushing a surplus for size, or cycling phases, Refactor is built around the reality of training blocks—not generic “10-minute abs.”
Nutrition that matches your ambition
Dial in calories and macros, log meals fast (including voice and photo flows where available), and keep daily targets aligned with your goals. When you adjust targets on web or phone, your snapshot stays consistent so you’re always working off one source of truth.
Data that actually supports decisions
Connect wearables and log biofeedback so recovery, sleep, and activity inform how you train and eat—not just how you feel in the moment.
Coaching & accountability
Check in with your coach, stay on top of milestones, and keep momentum when motivation dips. Recomp is built for people who want structure, not another empty tracker.
For aggressive fat-loss goals—done responsibly
If you’re committed to a hard cut or a major body recomposition, Refactor helps you run it like a project: clear targets, consistent logging, and visibility into progress—without pretending transformation is effortless.
Who it’s for
• Bodybuilders & strength athletes in prep or off-season
• Serious gym-goers optimizing body composition
• Anyone running disciplined fat-loss or recomp phases with real training volume

If life gets in the way and you skip sessions, Refactor now helps you get back on track instead of leaving your plan behind.
Catch-up prompt — When you’ve missed workouts recently, we’ll ask what you want to do: stay on your current program week, add sessions to a catch-up list, or skip ahead and keep going.
Catch-up queue — See missed sessions in one place and open or reschedule them when you’re ready.
Smarter program weeks — Multi-week plans no longer jump ahead just because time passed; you can repeat or stay on the week you’re actually on.
Skip from notifications — Tap Skip Today on a workout reminder to mark today’s session without opening the app.
Your plan and progress still sync across Refactor on web and mobile, so you can pick up wherever you left off.
