NEW • Share short video clips alongside your photos, up to 30 seconds each. Videos appear in your trip gallery and on itinerary day cards with a play badge, and play full screen with sound. A Pro feature. • Clips are shrunk on your phone before uploading, so they don't eat your data or your storage. If a clip is longer than 30 seconds Kintinery shortens it and tells you before you upload, so you can trim it yourself first if you'd rather. IMPROVED • The Photos tab is now Media, since it holds both. FIXED • Live location sharing now tracks you for the whole share. It used to post your position once when you started and then never update, so anyone watching saw you frozen where you began. • Sharing keeps working when the app isn't on screen. Locking your phone or switching apps used to stop it silently. • Long stops no longer end a share early. Sitting still through a meal could stop updates for good. • The map follows along. Even when new positions arrived, the marker stayed put until you left the trip and came back. • A share survives the app closing, and posts a fresh position as soon as you reopen. • Kintinery asks for precise location when you start a share, so your companions see where you actually are rather than a rough area.

NEW • Upload your own trip cover photo (Pro). Choose any photo from your library instead of searching Unsplash. • Conferences now have their own itinerary type and icon, separate from one-on-one meetings. • Templates. Mark a trip as a template and it moves out of Upcoming into its own section, so reference itineraries stop crowding the trips you're actually taking. • Set your own initials in Edit Profile, and they'll match across iPhone, web and Android. • Unsplash photographers are now credited on your trip header. IMPROVED • The cover picker leads with search, with a clearer search field. • Trip headers are taller, spell the month out in full, and show your trip description. FIXED • Floating buttons could get stuck partway up the screen and stay there until you relaunched the app. This is fixed at the source. • Actions that quietly failed now tell you. Adding itinerary items, sending chat, updating lists, managing members and photo actions all report problems instead of appearing to work. • The app no longer hangs when you're offline — requests fail right away instead of spinning. • Trip chat works offline. Your recent conversation appears instantly, with clear offline states. • Deleting a trip, photo or itinerary item now asks for confirmation. • Unsaved journal entries and itinerary items warn you before discarding. • Clearing a trip description now sticks. • Cover photos no longer re-download every time you reopen the app.

• A cleaner Trip Settings screen. Settings are now grouped into collapsible sections; Trip, Appearance, People, and Data & Export, matching the web and Android apps. The cover photo sits at the top, the day-card theme opens in a full-screen picker, world clocks are easier to read, and "Save changes" only appears once you've edited something. • More room on the trip screen. The bar at the top of a trip is slimmer; the logo is gone and "My Trips" and the settings gear sit in the corners, giving your itinerary, photos, and map more space. • Faster, smoother trip open. Opening a trip is now instant and cross-fades cleanly ; your last-viewed itinerary is already in place as the screen fades in, and big trips open as quickly as short ones. • No more "upgrade" banner flash on Pro trips. Opening your own Pro trip no longer briefly flashes the "Upgrade this trip" banner. • Refunded subscriptions no longer show as Pro. A refunded or revoked annual subscription now reflects your real plan right away. • More reliable purchases. Network hiccups while confirming a purchase retry automatically, already-applied purchases complete quietly, and Restore Purchases updates your plan immediately.

New in 1.4.0 • Lists — a new shared tab on every trip. Make packing, shopping, or to-do lists; check items off; claim or assign them to your travel companions; and build a packing list instantly with AI from your itinerary and the forecast. Save any list as a template and reuse it on your next trip. • Change your password and download your data, right from your Profile. • Anyone on a trip can now unlock Pro for it — a one-time upgrade that covers the whole group for that trip. • Trip settings moved to a gear in the trip header, giving the tab bar back to your trip content. • Fixes: the assistant's bold text now renders correctly, plus a small logo polish.
