It reduces the mental load of grocery shopping: plan once, reuse the plan every week, and shop one category at a time so the store never overwhelms you. WHY IT WORKS Your family eats the same basics every week. Instead of rebuilding a list from memory, you update quantities - skip what you have, add what ran out. After a few trips, planning takes minutes, not hours. In the store, Cart Quest shows one category at a time. Less to look at, less to hold in your head. Tick an item and the colour change gives you a little "Ooh!" - small wins, all the way to the checkout. Unplanned items get their own deliberate step. That pause is often all it takes to put the thing back. At the end, the trip review shows every unplanned item in one place, so you stay honest with yourself - no judgment, just awareness.
