Whats New: Fittel got a full makeover! Meals now have main-character energy, sharing looks better, Insights are clearer, and workouts, coaches, and profiles are much easier to navigate. We also added quick meal widgets, 2 additional language support and plenty of polish for iPhone and iPad. Basically, we moved everything around—except your calories. Those are still exactly where you left them. Plus: bug fixes, smoother performance, and fewer mysterious buttons.

What's new: Your calendar now has little dots on the days you actually showed up — think of them as tiny gold stars from your past self. And you can now scroll back through your entire history, all the way to day one. Empty days? We don't talk about those.

What's new: Manage clients your way, plus a smarter calendar. • Offline clients — add and track people who haven't signed up for the app. Build their client profile and assign daily workouts just like any client, all from your side. • See who's who at a glance — offline clients get their own colour and an "Offline" tag across your calendar and client picker. • Tidier weekly calendar — a single tap now creates a 1-hour session; press and drag for any length. The old duration toggle is gone. • Safer deleting — tap the bin to enter delete mode (your sessions wobble, iOS-style), then tap any session to remove it. Perfect for building program variations. • Coaching notes — add a note to any library exercise ("3s eccentric, pause at the bottom") and it auto-fills whenever you assign it.
