Fixes an issue that could prevent the camera preview from starting after camera access was granted. Camera permission is now checked whenever the app returns to the foreground, so access changes made in Settings take effect immediately.

Stripe correction is now photo-first: adjusted lines move reliably, the image always fits on screen, and Save Adjusted Lines and Discard Changes stay visible. This update also includes stability improvements for the SailScan beta.
