Your moving company's jobs, bill of lading and signatures in one app, built for movers and foremen. It keeps working with no signal. Movers App is the crew's side of MoveBoard, the moving-company software by Elromco. Your company adds you as a mover or foreman; you sign in with your company ID, your user name and password, then with Face ID every morning. YOUR DAY • Today's jobs and the next ones: addresses, arrival window, crew, trucks and the customer's notes • Confirm or decline the jobs your office offers you • Trips, box deliveries and time-off requests ON THE JOB • One tap through the move: En Route, Arrived, On The Way, Unloading, Done • En Route sends your customer their arrival time • Labor timers, breaks, materials, extra services and valuation, with the totals as your office set them up • The full bill of lading, long-distance bill of lading, change orders, release forms and the storage agreement, signed on the screen • Card, cash and check payments recorded on the spot • Inspection photos with the camera, notes you can dictate WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Basements, elevators and trucks: everything you do is kept on the phone and sent, in order, as soon as there is signal again. Only card payments need a connection. LIVE TRUCK LOCATION: FOREMAN ONLY, ONLY DURING A JOB From En Route until the bill of lading is submitted, the foreman's phone shares its location with the company, so the office sees the truck on the Dispatch map and the customer gets a live arrival time. The iPhone shows its location indicator the whole time. It stops by itself when the bill of lading is submitted, and it is never shared outside a job. MADE FOR iPHONE AND iPAD A phone layout for the truck and a big-screen layout for iPad, with the bill of lading and signatures sized for the customer to sign comfortably.
