Game Center — Plate Hunter is now fully integrated with Apple Game Center. 19 achievements and four global leaderboards — High Score, All-Time Plates, Best Single Trip, and Longest Streak — track your progress across every device. Four New Badges — Unlock On a Roll (20 plates), Plate Hunter (30), Plate Chaser (40), and Fifty Down (50) as you build each trip's collection. Nineteen total badges to chase. Earlier spots are kept in shared trips, so whoever calls it first gets credit. Achievements stay personal — only the player who makes the final qualifying spot earns the badge.

Road Trips — Create a separate trip for each journey. Every trip has its own spotted plates, bingo card, and achievements, so each adventure starts fresh. Plate Details — Tap any spotted plate for a rich info sheet: capital, largest city, population, land area, time zone, state flower, state bird, and a unique fun fact for all 63 plates. Map View — See a pin on the map for every plate you've spotted, color-coded by rarity and showing exactly where it was found. Region Map — A new visual grid view lets you see your spotting progress across US regions and Canadian provinces at a glance. Sound Fix — Sound effects now play alongside music and podcasts without pausing them. Plate Cards — The state name, star rating, and points now appear below the plate image so nothing blocks the photo.
