If your parent installs Rooteen Family (free on the App Store) and subscribes to Pro, you can pair with a 6-digit code. Pairing unlocks:
• Custom tasks your parent creates just for you
• Family Challenges — time-limited quests where the first sibling to finish wins bonus XP
• Global Leaderboard once you've completed 10+ tasks across 3+ categories
• Parent badges sent with a celebration animation
• Optional approval mode if your parent wants to review what you finish
Pairing is 100% optional. If you use Rooteen solo, you still get all the core gamification — XP, streaks, achievements, avatars, timer.

Ratings & Reviews
Timer goals now work both ways. Some tasks reward finishing fast (get dressed, tidy up); others reward going longer (reading, exercise, brushing teeth) — pick the goal per task.
Home screen widget: choose which kid it shows, and tasks you complete straight from the widget now count fully — XP, streaks and badges.
Plus: smoother task completion when you tap quickly, and you can now rate Rooteen from Settings.
