A fuller entertainment ecosystem enters the game. Light tuning around pay and allowing famous actors to accept smaller jobs more often. Small UI enhancements. Production company casting fixes that no longer block the game. If actors leave a project your company has produced, the role will be filled, preventing any blocking bugs. This update brings new faces, new project types, and new capabilities as an actor's manager. You can start a production company and make a movie, a TV show, or a play for your clients to star in. Emma, Mace, Hornet, Far Coast, and Morven are the studio properties that are replacing MEGA IP and Franchises. They are the biggest jobs around. You can trim a save and dramatically improve performance during longer play sessions / long saves. Simplification around contracts, tuned payment, added actor rider's that appear on the actor's contracts. The things they want or need to be satisfied with a deal. More small and frustrating bugs have been fixed!

Adjusted some tuning things around retirement and creative breaks. Player created actors should never retire until they are very old. More crashes have been resolved. Other small UX fixes and bug fixes.

Fixed a few more bugs: Reduced crashing to title screen. Adjusted the final manager tier challenge and the gender bug there. Fixed the resetting / deleting of occasional fame and credits for roster members. Allow for use of political capital with direct offers. Adjusted poaching. Potential crashing when purchasing create an actor credit. Firing an actor or having an actor quit can no longer break your game due to multipicture commitments. A few other tuning / housekeeping fixes.
